About the Company
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program
We perceive CSR as an integrated component of all our activities. We try to imply social and environmental aspects into daily processes, support family background of our employees, be actively interested in the quality of their lives and perform activities with positive impact onto the surroundings we operate in. Our CSR program includes not only not–financial benefits we offer to our employees (more details in the section Benefits and Teambuilding) but also sponsoring and volunteering activities.
Sponsorship projects
Our sponsoring activities lie in providing help in the field were we are the experts – in the field of web design. Until now, we have contributed to various organisations supporting sports, children and youth, education or Slovak traditions by creating internet solutions for them.
- E-Learning program Get to Know Your Money for the Children of Slovakia Foundation. The main goal of the project is to teach students the basis of financial terms and products they get in touch with daily and at the same time develop their responsible behaviour, ethical decision making and capabilities of efficient use of information communication technology. Project address: www.poznaj.sk.
- E-Learning application accessible through www.zachranari.sk has am ambition to promote rescue workers topic within children and youth via up-to-date communication channels.
- We supported ice-hockey club Slovan Bratislava and released its internet presentation www.hcslovan.sk.
- For the Slovak Federation of Pétanque, we put into operation practical on-line communication solution. Project address: www.sfp.sk.
- We created an internet presentation for the traditional Slovak vineyard area Nemcinany accessible via www.nemcinany.sk.
Other socially friendly activities
Despite being young company with about 40 employees, we try to develop equivalent activities as out bigger and more experienced partners in IT sector do. Particularly, so far we have contributed in following events:
- Donation of computers and other PC appliance for a class of children with behaviour defects at primary and high school on Dunajska street in Bratislava.
- Participation at Our Bratislava event organised by Pontis foundation. 8 volunteers from our company contributed to the pilot year by IT course at Smile as a Gift organisation, painting the skatepark and Guide Dog Training School web page translation into English.
- Continuous collection of used batteries and accumulators and post-delivery into Tree of Life organisation.
- Collection of clothes for orphanage house Pohoda and socially weaker families form Mea Culpa.
- Support of civil association Friends of Centipede by purchasing Christmas cards painted by children. The earnings will be used to purchase medical equipment for children clinic.
- Department of mass media studies, the Philosophic Faculty at the University of Presov: students‘ internet portal sponsorship.
