Background
The former website failed to adequately highlight the new development direction and trends of VUB Bank. Therefore, VUB Bank addressed our company with a request for development of a new Internet portal.
Solution description
In view of site visiting statistics we recommended the most appropriate practices and proposals, with which not only a more interesting presentation of the Bank and its products, but also more efficient navigation for site visitors were delivered. We found out what type of navigation visitors prefer in order to be able to reach the desired destination faster. As a result, the new Internet presentation really reflects needs of clients, and thus makes the Bank’s communication with its clients more efficient.
