Background
Former information system did not provide comprehensive overview on customers and business activities, was obsolete and rigid. Eset also decided to provide an effective tool to its customers to enhance ordering process of company’s products and management of business partners‘ activities.
Solution description
The solution is built of two integrated parts: Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 implementation and creation of partner portal for distributors – partners of the company. By effective using of these solutions, the Eset company gained an information system based on modern, high quality technologies that increases added value, enhances business process within the company and helps to achieve better sales results. Furthermore, it enables the company to react to clients’ needs more flexibly and at the same time adjust strategic decision making processes.
