Description of solutions
Business Intelligence solutions are based on the principle of supplying the right information at the right time to the right person. The main users of such solutions are managers who have access to selected analyses, reports and statistics which are mainly generated on-line, i.e. in real time. This means that they make decisions on the basis of true and comprehensible structured information. Typical components of Business Intelligence solutions are: CRM and ERP solutions, OLAP (on-line-analytical-processing) systems Data mining, Decision Support Systems (DSS) and so on.
