Candidate Selection Process
The stages of a candidate selection at our company are as follows:
- Job application
- Application evaluation
- Personal interview
- Interview evaluation
- Job offer
Job application
As the first step, send your job application. An application that will enable us to make the best evaluation of your skills should contain the following:
- A CV describing your work experience, references, completed education, and hobbies
- A Motivation Letter in which you indicate what position you apply for, which of your skills and experience you deem to be key ones for that position, and why you wish to work just with or company
- Enclosures that you want us to take into account in the decision-making (copies of certificates and other documents, as you may deem appropriate)
- Any other document as may be requested by us and indicated in a particular job advertising
Application evaluation
We will evaluate your application by comparing it against predefined criteria for the position concerned. If we wish to have the job position occupied, we will invite you to an interview. If the position concerned is not vacant at present, but we see your skills and experience as interesting, we will keep your application and immediately contact you when a need arises.
Personal Interview
The personal interview should give us a better view of your properties as both professional and person. You will also have an opportunity to meat our team members and become better acquaint with us.
What we seek to find out through a personal interview?
- Your communication skills
- Your problem analysis and solution skills
- Your professional knowledge required for the position in question
- Further details concerning information contained in your application
During the process of candidate selection for job vacancies we conduct several interviews. Results of these are evaluated and in case of positive outcome candidates are presented a proposal for employment and pertaining terms and conditions.
