Description of the solution
The DES solution uses only e-mail messages and newsletters to distribute information. Sales and marketing employees create groups of addressees – message recipients – based on defined target groups who are sent targeted information messages. Groups of addressees can be based on the results of past campaigns or defined attributes that the system holds on recipients such as age, sex, interests, shopping behaviour and so on.
Every message sent and campaign implemented is monitored and statistically assessed. From results obtained, the sender knows how many messages have been delivered, successfully opened, which parts of the email were most interesting for the addressee and so on. The system is able to use these facts to update the profiles of individual addressees so that future campaigns will be even more successful.
The preparation and implementation of individual e-mail campaigns is very simple and can be controlled from one point using an interactive window in a web browser.
