Application to manage procurement processes through electronic auctions (e-Procurement)
The electronic auction management (hereafter EAM) solution is a modern system allowing simple and effective management of procurements processes. It uses the principle of a public auction and can also be used for sales – of goods, assets or services – as well as procurement (purchasing). It is intended for medium-size and large companies and also state and public bodies.

Description of the solution
The EAM system uses the principle of a managed auction in which pre-approved and registered companies are permitted to submit offers. Every bidder has a permanent view of the position of their bid compared to those of the other bidders and they can make live adjustments to it in order to win the given tender. This creates automatic pressure for correction of the resulting price – in the case of procurement (purchase of commodities) the tendency is to reduce the price of the relevant goods and services and in the case of sale (of a tangible or intangible asset) the trend is to increase the eventual price. Compared to procurement procedures that allow a single bid, processes like this that allow repeated revaluation of offers within a defined time frame bring significant reductions costs or, in sales, a significant increase in the resulting price of the goods or services.
All communication from the registration of participants to the announcements of the results of the selection procedure takes place using efficient electronic means. The bidding process is very quick, transparent and can be controlled from one point using an interactive window in a web browser.
