Our System of Work
The final test of our abilities and knowledge is the creation of the required solution itself. In order to achieve what we claim to be able to, we maintain specified project management and risk elimination systems based on the worldwide standard for project management LBMS.
During the first phase, strategy definition, we try to find out as much as possible about our client, his goals and objectives. We use our precise identification of the client's needs and business strategy to create a basic vision for the solution – the creation of a web application, intranet solution, implementation of a CRM solution, design for e-marketing communications and so on.
The result of the analytical part of the system is a detailed and specific design architecture, a procedural model, parameterisation, design and logic of the proposed user interface. This process "remoulds" the previously defined strategy into a tangible form. The entire solution is written in a technical specification document and presented to the client for review and approval.
After the analysis phase and the completion of the predefined approval process, our developers and programmers set to work. Their work is based on the approved technical specification. On completion of development, parameterisation and the first phase of testing, we present the finished solution to the client and incorporate any requirements they may make at this point.
During the last phase of development the solution is implemented, tested and finally handed over to the client. Once the solution is in operational mode we try to obtain the best possible feedback and carry out any necessary adjustments to the solution based on the results. At the same time we contractually agree on the range of further client support.
