Quality Management System
Millennium 000 has a certified Quality Management System according to the norm ISO 9001:2008. The certification audit was executed by Czech certification authority T-Cert.
The certification audit proved compliance of our Quality Management System with the ISO 9001:2008 norm. The scope of certification is the following: complex e-business solutions - provision of application solutions and services in area of analysis, proposal and development of internet and intranet applications as well as client relationship management systems and technological consultancy services.
Implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) has been the next step in improving the quality of our solutions and customer relations. It means company’s enhancement at all levels from top management to operative procedures. QMS is not only a confirmation of our compliance with the strict ISO norm, but also the quality of our solutions, the company management procedures and company’s development.
