Recruitment Management Solution

The solution for search management and candidate selection – Software Recruitment (hereafter SWR) is a professional tool employees of personnel departments with responsibility for the selection of suitable workers to fill job vacancies in the company. SWR covers the full life cycle of the recruitment process and using an internet connections it significantly reduces the administrative burden on personnel staff.

Description of the solution

The personnel consultant uses SWR to record all the profiles of potential candidates for job vacancies in the company. Profiles can be entered in the system manually by the consultant or directly by the consultant using the internet. The system also stores all the information on job vacancies with a detailed specification of requirements. Consultants or the ordering party – the future superior – can enter a job vacancy using a web form.

The personnel consultant uses filtering criteria to find a suitable number of candidates and assigns them to the relevant project. After several rounds of personnel interviews, this number is reduced to the winning candidate, with whom the company will negotiate a contract. The consultant can also view all communication with the candidate and all information relating to his or her participation in individual selection projects. Likewise every such project includes a list of candidates with whom communication is ongoing and the current status of the personnel interviews.

Frequently used outputs such as the results of personnel interviews and written notifications/explanations for candidates can be generated from initial templates (failed in first round and the like).
